- Organized and oversaw the launch of digital products from the marketing and visual communication side (B2B, B2C).

Nov 2022 - present — 2 years
- In a short timeframe, I assembled a multidisciplinary design team of three key specialists: a product designer, a generalist designer, and an AI/3D designer-researcher.
- Under my leadership, we developed the branding and name for the service, designed all user scenarios for the generative service, created the product design, and planned a backlog of tasks for several months ahead. From project initiation to MVP release — three months.
- Conducted design reviews at all stages of product development and marketing communications, working closely with marketing, sales, and development teams.
- As a result of my strategy for marketing packaging and communication design, we attracted ten major international B2B clients within six months (Pernod Ricard, Olmeca, Magazineluiza, Pepsico, Uzum, AliExpress, Ludus Game, Swordsman).
- Proposed a plan to optimize the service for faster creation of basic generative assets for creatives and marketing content. These actions led to a reduction in content production costs for some clients by up to 80%.
- Produced several key photo and video shoots to test initial product hypotheses.
- Streamlined the development of pre-sale materials by implementing a flexible presentation builder.
- Set up processes for the design team and optimized their collaboration with other specialists.
- Advised founders in startup communities on design and marketing packaging. Conducted design reviews for pitch decks (90% of startups struggle with this). Rebranded one of the startups.
- Built a community around the product and team by organizing a networking meetup to connect with decision-makers in international brands and warm introductions. This helped expand contacts in the AI, marketing, design, science, and media sectors.

- Built design teams and led two tracks: developing virtual influencers for major brands (team of four 3D generalists, a sculptor and aphotographer / videographer); and developing a face-swap video service (team of a product designer and outsourced motion designer).
- Track 01 / Under my leadership, we developed Russia’s first virtual influencer, Aliona Pole, rebranded the influencer’s appearance for Russia’s major entertainment channel TNT (upgraded the model to AAA quality), created a virtual influencer for China’s largest media group CGTN, and secured a content production contract.
- Produced and set up an autonomous process for photo and video shoots for both in-house and client projects.
- Collaborated with Russian and international brands, including TNT, Sberbank, Gazprombank, Yota, RBC, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, Alena Akhmadullina, AliExpress, Adidas, Nike, Puma, and CGTN (China).
- We achieved significant media coverage, with features in Vogue, Forbes, Inc., Buro, Adindex, AfishaDaily, Lenta.ru, and RB
- Track 02 / Under my leadership, we designed several versions of a face-swap video service, earning third place on the international platform Product Hunt.
- Led the development of user scenarios, conducted design reviews at all stages of product development and marketing communications.
