- Headed the development of a virtual influencer for China’s largest media holding, CGTN (link), securing a content production contract.
- Produced and established an autonomous photo and video production workflow for both internal and client projects, ensuring a stable content pipeline.
- Directed the design of a video face-swapping service, incorporating principles of visual strategy and user behavior design. Result: 3rd place on the international platform Product Hunt.
- Led the design of user journeys and conducted design reviews at all stages of product and marketing communications.
- Developed the structure and design of high-converting pitch decks, which helped secure investment from Sberbank and IIDF.
